Co-Cured Composites was established 2012 to fulfill the design, engineering, and manufacturing needs of both the Denver community and greater aerospace environment prevalent in Colorado. We focus on the engineering and composite manufacturing needs of small local businesses and larger aerospace contract engineering.
We are a small start-up nested in the heart of Denver. Your proverbial garage-based facility with over 550 square feet of manufacturing and assembly space to craft anything from your consumer composite product to your automotive creation. Our production capabilities range from the "one off" prototypes to low level production numbers with the ability to handle orders well into the hundreds.
Our background in race engineering has given us the tools , skills and passion needed to design, engineer, and build your prototypes. We engineer products that fit within your cost, quality, and aesthetic goals. Our greater experience forged in the aerospace industry has further reinforced the engineering know-how required to design a quality composite component that fits your company's needs.
Capabilities
CCC has the capabilities to design , engineer, analyze, and produce your product as well as consult. We have a suite of software including Solidworks for CAD design and drawings along with NX Nastran FEMAP for finite element modeling analysis. We have the ability to study the strength of your composite or metallic design, frequency response, and operating stress.
In addition to our software we have prototyping machinery including lathe, vertical mill, drill press, and compressor as well as an oven and of course a vacuum system for curing composites. Along with this we have access to plasma cutters and cnc's through our partners.
We have the ability to do most prototype engineering, analysis, and manufacture all under one roof with minimal overhead. This allows us to deliver your product with maximum efficiency on tight schedules for minimal cost.
